About Better Social

What we do

Better Social runs an online SMM panel at better-social.pro. Customers top up a balance with cryptocurrency and order social media growth services, with a focus on TikTok Live: live likes, views and comments, plus Auto-Live subscriptions that send services automatically when an account goes live.

We also offer a JustAnotherPanel-compatible API for developers and resellers, and a free TikTok Finder lookup tool that anyone can use without an account.

Who it's for

Creators, streamers, agencies and resellers. Our main audience is in Montenegro and the wider Balkans, and we also serve customers worldwide. Better Social is for adults only (18+).

How we work

• Automated delivery. Orders are passed automatically to vetted third-party delivery providers. Providers receive only what they need to deliver: the public link or username, the quantity, and your comment text for custom-comment orders.
• Crypto payments through NOWPayments. Deposits are made through a checkout you open from your own dashboard and are credited automatically after network confirmation.
• Human and virtual support. Our live chat is answered first by virtual assistants on our Support team, which hand over to a human team member when needed. You can also use support tickets, email and WhatsApp.

Our commitments

• Transparent pricing. Current prices, minimums and maximums are shown in the dashboard before you order. The price you see when you order is the price you pay.
• No password requests. We never ask for your password, for Better Social or for any social media account. See Account security.
• Clear refund rules. If an order can't be completed, or only part is delivered, the undelivered part goes back to your balance. See the refund policy.
• Security protections. Passwords are stored only as salted bcrypt hashes, two-factor authentication is available, and we protect accounts against sharing and duplicate-account abuse.
• Data minimization. No KYC, no ID documents and no card details. We collect what we need to run and secure the service. See the Privacy policy.

What we don't promise

We want you to know the limits up front. Results can drop over time because platforms remove activity in clean-ups, and no one can guarantee a specific outcome, ranking, revenue or account safety on a third-party platform. Using growth services may be against the rules of the platform you use them on, so please decide with that in mind. Our Terms explain this in full.
