Auto-Live
Auto-Live subscriptions watch a TikTok account and automatically send the services you choose when it goes live, so you don't have to place orders by hand during every stream.
How it works
When you create an Auto-Live subscription, you choose:
- a live service, for example TikTok Live likes, views or comments;
- the target TikTok username;
- the quantity per order;
- how often an order repeats, from every few minutes to every few hours, or just once;
- a mode (see below);
- a duration, from a few hours up to a year.
We check the target's live status regularly. Each order is paid from your balance when it is sent. There is no upfront charge for the whole subscription.
Modes
| Mode | What happens |
|---|---|
| Live only | Sends an order as soon as the account goes live, then repeats at your chosen interval while it stays live. Nothing is sent while the account is offline. The subscription waits for the next stream. |
| Always (timer) | Sends an order on a fixed timer for the whole duration, whether the account is live or not. The live status is still checked and shown in the history. |
Choose the right mode
If you only want orders during streams, choose Live only. Always mode keeps spending balance while the account is offline.
Requirements
- Auto-Live must be unlocked for your account under Add-ons, either as a one-time unlock or as a 7-day pass. Current prices are shown in the dashboard.
- It works with live-stream services only, not with regular followers, likes or video views.
- The target must be a public TikTok profile with at least 100 followers.
- Enter a plain
@usernameor atiktok.com/@usernamelink. - Your balance must cover at least one order to start.
On hold when your balance runs out
If your balance is too low for the next order, the subscription is put On hold instead of failing. As soon as you top up enough for the next order, it resumes automatically. You don't need to recreate it.
The subscription's end date doesn't change while it is on hold. The check history in the dashboard shows when it was held and resumed.
Managing a subscription
In the dashboard you can:
- change the target username;
- change the repeat interval or the duration;
- edit the comments of a custom-comment subscription;
- see the history of live checks (live or offline) and of the orders sent;
- cancel the subscription.
Cancelling stops future orders. Orders that were already sent are normal orders, and the refund policy applies to them.
If the target account changes its TikTok username, Auto-Live can follow the rename automatically when we know the account's numeric TikTok ID. Otherwise, update the username yourself.
Tips
- Keep enough balance for several orders before a long stream, so the subscription isn't put on hold mid-stream.
- Start with a small quantity per order, check the history, then adjust.
- Never give anyone your TikTok password to "set up" Auto-Live. We only need the username.
